2011 Clinical Laboratory Educator’s Conference (CLEC)

By | December 29, 2010

Are you looking for some laboratory continuing education but tired of the same old venues? This year’s CLEC will be held February 17-21 and is an educational cruise on the RCCL Navigator of the Seas, departing from Ft. Lauderdale, FL and sailing to Cozumel, then back to Ft. Lauderdale.

CLEC 2011 ‘Education Without Borders’ exemplifies the state of education today; we must learn about educational opportunities beyond our classrooms, our campus and our region. Faculty at the forefront of clinical laboratory science education will present a number of timely topics that will give you the knowledge and skills you need to meet the challenges these opportunities present. The Conference program offers a wide variety of substantive educational sessions from which to choose.

Conference and registration information for CLEC 2011 are available at the ASCLS website, http://www.ascls.org/conferences/clec2011/. You MUST book through Continuing Education, Inc./University at Sea in order to attend the meeting. Visit their website for more information on cabin/room costs or call at 1-800-422-0711.

I’ll be looking forward to seeing you there.
